What we can answer
Anything about the bags: what fits inside, how long the strap is, which colors a set is cut in, what else is in the box. We can also tell you when a colorway left the catalog and whether it is expected back.
What we cannot
Order status, delivery dates, refunds and returns. Payment, delivery and returns are handled at checkout with our retail partner, not on this site. Their order page has the tracking and the return window; we never see either.
