Privacy policy

This policy covers soper-willton.com, the Soperwillton catalog of matching bag sets: totes, hobos, satchels, crossbody bags and backpack purses. There is no account to open and no sign-up box, so you can read every page without handing us anything.

Visit totals

We count which pages are opened and when. The totals tell us, for instance, that the backpack sets get read most in the four weeks before a school year starts. They carry no names, and we neither sell nor share them.

An email you send us stays with us while your question is open. We use your address to answer it and for nothing else.

Shopping buttons

A shopping button opens our retail partner in a new tab with a code that shows the visit came from us. Their privacy policy applies from that tab onward. Payment, delivery and returns are handled at checkout with our retail partner, not on this site.

Cookies

This site sets no advertising cookie and runs no third-party tracker on the page you are reading. Your browser may keep a small technical cookie from the host that serves the files.

Asking us to delete something

Write to topstitch@soper-willton.com and we will remove the message thread we hold. Anything held by the retail partner has to be asked of them, because we never see it.
