How this site works

How we update prices

What the figures on these pages are, how often we refresh them and what the till does when they disagree.

The catalog was last updated on September 20, 2026. Prices, colorways and stock on every page come from that update.

What we update

Prices, which colorways are available, and whether a set is in stock at all. A set with no live offer leaves the site at the next rebuild rather than sitting here with a price nobody can pay, and it comes back on its own when it returns to stock.

Measurements, strap drops, pocket counts and what is in the box change far less often. Those come from the data we hold on each set, and they are re-read whenever that set is rebuilt.

How often

On a schedule, and after any change to the range. Prices move with promotions and with stock, so the figure here is the one from our last update and the figure at checkout is the one you pay. Where the two disagree, the till is right.

What we do not do

We do not take payment, hold stock or ship. The shopping button opens our retail partner, and the order, the payment and any return happen there under their terms.

What we read

Where a page here says what a public body advises, this is what was read and when.

  • US Federal Trade Commission, Leather Guides (16 CFR Part 24). The guides cover traveling bags, brief cases, billfolds, wallets, key cases, coin purses and card cases, and say that where a product is made of material that appears to be leather but is not, the non-leather nature of the material should be disclosed, in terms such as imitation leather, simulated leather, vinyl or plastic. Read September 20, 2026.
  • US Transportation Security Administration, Laptops. Laptops are allowed in carry-on baggage, and the agency asks travelers to remove the laptop from the bag and place it in a separate bin for X-ray screening. Travelers enrolled in PreCheck are not asked to take it out, and the final decision at any checkpoint rests with the officer. Read September 20, 2026.
  • US Bureau of Justice Statistics, Criminal Victimization, 2023. The national survey behind this report counts personal larceny, which is pocket picking and purse snatching, as a category of its own, separate from robbery, and counts household theft under property crime. It is the published series a claim about bag theft in the United States has to answer to. Read September 20, 2026.

This is the reasoning the studio behind Soperwillton followed when the sizes on the cards were set.
